HDR Lighting no sun all realtime
Everything modeled in 3dsmax except books and ps4
Quixel materials and bowl fruit assets, some materials are from Substance Source
Based on actual place I was living in, got all measures by hand and reconstructed apartment in 3D see comparison renders
