The Artistic Vision I had for this project was inspired by Blade Runner and Cyberpunk vibes.
Created with Unreal Engine 5.5.3 and The RTX Lumen Version with 5.5.4
The goal for this project was to create a Cyberpunk scene using only dynamic lighting. No Lumen, No Pathtrace, No RTX, No DLSS, No Baked.
Only Nanite with Distance field Meshes and Ambient Occlusion with Screen Space Reflection. Lighting and VFX Rain with Ultra Dynamic Sky for the No Lumen version.
Assets from Kitbash 3D and other from Marketplace. Everything was placed manually.

If you want to test the NO Lumen version this solution in your scenes just follow below
In postprocess volume just choose No GI and for reflections use SSR and same in project settings / Render make sure for GI it is none and reflections to SSR disable RTX Hardware so we want on. Also distance field meshes need to be enabled to use Nanite.
For shadows use VTS just like screenshot attached.
You will need to use spherical or cube reflections and you have also control of AO
